AR-15 A-3 flat top upper forging model

Has anyone come across a 3d cad model for the AR-15 A3 upper forging. I have a detailed print but not to familiar with how to create some of the features in solidworks, was kind of hoping someone out there already did the leg work and doesn't mind sharing.

Somewhat related, but how would you machine the 90 degree wall for the slot where the BCG's gas key fits into the receiver. The rear takedown pin lug would prevent an end mill for going in perpendicular. I'm guessing use a shaper or broach.
