Import sheets to LANTEK

Hello,
I have Lantek 2018 and i am changing my ERP and i want integration with Lantek, especially to import the stock of sheets.
There is a possibility to import the sheets i have with a .lst file but i don't know what should be its structure, anyone can help me?
