Well since you're the first member that's posted on here that will actually have one in the US,
No one has done the pulley change yet.
Post pics when you get it and some measurements of the stock pulleys
and we'll figure out what it needs to get you going.

Congratulations! You are the first one I know of also. It's good to see this become available.

Looks like Frank can update his SX2 Review to include Micro-Mark.
    http://www.mini-lathe.com/Mini_mill/...%20SX2/SX2.htm
Been six months since he did, he could include your belt mod later.

The pulleys and belt on the SX2 review page look like HTD5, better pics would help.
    Prolly a 5000 rpm motor?
going 1:1 should equal 5000 at the spindle.
easiest way would be to mount a 40T on the motor with a longer belt.
could go 30:30, looks like there would be enough meat to bore a 30 out to fit the spindle.
heading to work, can't get into much more right now.

a few more pics. i took the x axis apart and the ways seem to be machined. im trying ot figure how to get rid of the little wobble it has. the y axis is nice, tight, and smooth.
